I've been pretty hungry all day, and have been craving something different. So, I stayed up late and made the Meatball and Marinara post from the Facebook event site. If you missed it, here you go.

Marinara has been simmering for an hour and is really light and flavorful. Meatballs have a half hour. Probably going to eat these for lunch and dinner tomorrow..

Lunch: Potluck at school, so she indulged/cheated with pork sandwich with 1piece of bread and some chips.
Dinner: Steak Shishkabob
I gave her the whatfor about the strict part being so important during this challenge. It's only 28 days man!

This was a good week to start - because I am local all week - and can do more cooking... next week I will be back to traveling all week - and we will see how it goes then.

2.6 Mile run with friends in the evening. Food today was a terrible choice, but no smokes or coffee. Feeling better today and food should be clean by the end of the week. :)
