Day 8, Monday
Week one is in the book... Way to push through the weekend!
Bfast: Banana and piece of pork loin Snack: Hot veggies, bell peppers, onion, pineapple, drizzled in olive oil and red pepper flakes Lunch: big spinach salad with tons of veggies, eggs, sunflower seeds, chix and steak, and raisins Snack: pork loin in curry sauce Dinner: shishkabob, banana and almond butter

S: corn chips and chicken dip...bad choice.
Haven't quite gotten the 2 workouts per week in yet, but I am at day 9 being smoke-free; that's gotta count for something.
