Day 5, Thursday goodness..

Made the Pale Blueberry pancakes and they were delicious..
Starting to see some positive changes take place and feeling more energetic.
First of many good things to come!!


  1. Dani:
    Bfast: Paleo Pancakes
    Lunch: Taco meat, paleo pancakes, larabar.
    Dinner: Steak kabob with guacamole
    Bfast: Paleo pancakes, 3 pieces of sausage
    late morning: meatballs, marinara, and spinach
    mid afternoon: turkey loaf, boiled eggs
    Dinner: Steak kabob and guacamole

  2. Long day! Up at 4 to catch a flight - I knew it was going to be a tough day for food - so I had to load up on breakfast...
    B - 2 Pieces of Frittata, 1 Meatball, 2 pieces of bacon
    I was not sure what I was going to do for food and then I saw the wonderful big red letters in the sky spelling out HYVEE. I thought I would be able to hit the salad bar and do a nice spinach salad with lots of meat... AND it was apparently the only Hy-Vee that does not have a salad bar. big bummer...
    L - a bag of cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots and some low-sodium deli meat
    D - same as lunch...
