Day 8, Monday

Week one is in the book... Way to push through the weekend!


  1. Bfast: Banana and piece of pork loin
    Snack: Hot veggies, bell peppers, onion, pineapple, drizzled in olive oil and red pepper flakes
    Lunch: big spinach salad with tons of veggies, eggs, sunflower seeds, chix and steak, and raisins
    Snack: pork loin in curry sauce
    Dinner: shishkabob, banana and almond butter

  2. Breakfast - shrimp in left-over meatball maranara
    Lunch - Hy-Vee Spinach salad with veggies and meat.
    Dinner - scrambled eggs and bacon

  3. BR--almond/hazelnut pancakes with blueberries and chai
    L--3 chicken thighs and 1 oz dark chocolate
    D--chimichurri grilled pork loin with baby broccoli

  4. B: Tea eggs (google it), bacon
    S: Cashews
    L: Chicken, guac, salsa
    D: Burger, asparagus, tomatoes
    S: corn chips and chicken dip...bad choice.

    Haven't quite gotten the 2 workouts per week in yet, but I am at day 9 being smoke-free; that's gotta count for something.
